The Standard and Unlimited plan are Legacy SmartrMail plans. It isn't possible to upgrade or downgrade to these plans.

SmartrMail offers two main plans: Standard and Unlimited. Here are some of the key differences between the Standard and Unlimited plan:

Pricing

SmartrMail charges a different base fee depending on your plan:

  • $29 AUD base fee on Standard

  • $149 AUD base fee on Unlimited

On top of that, SmartrMail charges a different amount depending on your number of unique active subscribers:

  • $0.0125 AUD per subscriber on Standard

  • $0.015 AUD per subscriber on Unlimited

Sending Limits

SmartrMail allow Standard plan users to send up to 12 times their number of active unique subscribers (i.e: 12,000 emails per month for 1,000 active subscribers).

There is absolutely no sending limit on the Unlimited plan.

Features

Here is a list of SmartrMail's feature that are only available on the Unlimited plan:

Send people who view products on your store but don't add them to their cart an automated email campaign.

Sync your smart segments to your Facebook ads account so you can run omnichannel campaigns across email, Facebook and Instagram.

Boost your engagement and sales by resending your campaign to the recipients who haven't opened it.

If you're setting up a lot of automations, you want to avoid over sending to your subscribers. Set up Smart Send Frequency to block emails from subscribers who've recently received an email in your set period of time.

In order to maximise your Open Rate, you might want to test different subject lines and send the one that your subscribers liked the most.

SmartrMail's Smart A/B Testing feature will allow you to test two different subject lines on a portion of your recipients, and to send the one with the best open rate to your all remaining subscribers to hit the bull's eye with each email campaign.

Priority Support

Finally, while we do our best to serve all SmartrMail users, we do offer Unlimited plan users:

  • Priority technical and strategy support

  • Automations Setup Assistance

  • Automations Optimization Assistance
