SmartrMail offers two pricing plans: the Essentials and the Pro Plan. The plans are designed to meet the needs of businesses of all sizes. Here are some of the main differences:

Pricing

Essentials Plan

The Essentials Plan is ideal for small businesses with limited contacts. It costs $14 per month for 250 contacts, with additional contacts charged at $0.0075 each.

Pro Plan

The Pro Plan is ideal for businesses with a larger contact base. It includes a $99 base fee per month covering 5000 contacts, with any additional contacts charged at $0.01 per contact.

Sending Limits

  • With the Essentials Plan, you can send up to 12 emails per contact per month. For example, if you have 1000 contacts, you can send up to 12000 emails per month.

  • With the Pro Plan, you can send up to 24 emails to each contact per month. For example, if you have 1000 contacts you will be able to send up to 24000 emails per month.

Other features that are only available on the Pro Plan include:

Send people who view products on your store but don't add them to their cart an automated email campaign.

Increase your engagement and sales by re-sending your campaign to those who haven't opened it.

To prevent over-sending to your subscribers when setting up multiple automations, consider using Smart Send Frequency. This tool blocks emails from subscribers who have recently received an email within your designated time frame.

  • A/B testing Subject lines

In order to maximise your Open Rate, you might want to test different subject lines and send the one that your subscribers liked the most.

Use SmartrMail's Smart A/B Testing to find the best subject line for your email campaign. Test two options on a portion of your recipients, and send the winning one to the rest for maximum effectiveness.

  • A/B testing Send times

A/B testing send time can be a great way to improve the performance of your email campaigns. By testing different send times, you can find the time that works best for your contacts and get the most out of your email marketing efforts.

The duration of an A/B test for send time depends on a few factors, such as the size of your email list and the metrics you are tracking. However, it is generally recommended to run the test for at least two weeks to get statistically significant results.

As a Pro plan user, you'll receive up to 1000 free SMS credits.

4-Priority Support
