After repeated billing failures, SmartrMail automatically cancels your subscription and pauses all sending on your account. If you'd still like to keep sending emails and making more sales, don't worry. You can easily update your billing information by following these steps.
Navigate to the billing page in-app
Click the Upgrade button on any of our plans
Enter your payment details in the pop-up
Note: To avoid billing failures we recommend that you use a credit card for payment.
Cancel Plan:
Please note that uninstalling SmartrMail doesn't cancel your subscription. Simply click on "Cancel subscription" down the billing page in order to cancel your subscription.
