In SmartrMail, if you have the same subscriber in multiple lists – they'll still only count as 1 subscriber in your billing.

If you send to both lists in a single email the subscriber will only receive the email once.

Please note that Smartrmail will only ever charge you once per email address, no matter how many lists that email is in.
