To get your email looking its best, you may need to resize some of your images.
How to resize an image
Add an image to a Product block, Image block, or Image + Caption block.
In the block's settings panel, set the Width and Height directly (in pixels) — there's no separate "Resize" button to click; these fields are available as soon as your image is added. You can also adjust the Image corner radius.
Note: Image and Image + Caption blocks use the same Width/Height/corner radius fields. Image + Caption additionally lets you control Block layout (whether the image sits right, left, above, or below the caption) and image/text alignment.
Note: Width and Height are locked to your image's original proportions automatically — there's no separate lock toggle to switch on. Changing one field updates the other to match, so your image won't get stretched or squished.
Tip: resizing can also help align product images across multiple columns — simply change one image's height to match another's for a cleaner, more consistent layout.
