Note: This article is relevant to Neto stores only
Our databases update every 24 hours so new products might not always show up if you've recently added them to your database.
To get around this, you'll have to refresh your search cache in Neto and then do the same for your product lists in SmartrMail.
Step 1: Refresh your search cache in Neto
Navigate to your Products page in Neto and select More > Refresh Search Cache
Step 2: Refresh your Products in SmartrMail
Create a new Manual Email in SmartrMail. Next to the 'Search for a product' bar, there should be a refresh button - click it, grab a coffee, and wait at least 30 minutes, you'll be ready to go with your newest products!
Step 3 (optional) : Clean your browser's cache
If new products added through products blocks appear with their old picture. Consider cleaning your browser's cache, with the option "All time" selected.
Note: Neto's API doesn't have an updated resources function so we need to sync your entire data base again and map any changes. This why syncing takes at least 30 minutes.
If you need to add a product in a rush use the collections block and add the product info manually
