How to resync your products so they're up to date

New products from your Shopify or BigCommerce store should be added to SmartrMail within a few minutes however this can take up to 1 hour depending on the number of products and sync queues. If you are using Shopify or BigCommerce, do not follow these steps as it’ll likely delay the time from when your products are added.

Neto and WooCommerce stores have their products sync and update every 2 hours. If you catch the system at the wrong time, prices and images might display incorrectly. If that happens, you can try resyncing your products with the steps below

Step 1

In your manual email composer, go to a "Product" block.

Step 2

Search for the product and it will automatically refresh.
