Our database updates itself automatically every 24 hours, but if you catch the system at the wrong time, prices and images might display incorrectly. If that happens, you can try resyncing your products.

Step 1

In your manual email composer, go to a "Product" block.

Step 2

Click refresh on the right of the Search Product bar

And that's it! This can take up to half an hour depending on how large your product database is.
