SmartrMail stores a high amount of cached data on your browser to make the app run smooth and quickly. This can cause login issues when our development team periodically upgrades our servers to improve app performance and cached login data changes. Luckily this is a quick fix, and by clearing your cache you can easily login to SmartrMail again.
Follow the instructions for your browser to clear your cache.
If you've completed the steps above and the page still doesn't load, double-check by trying to load the page on a different browser. If the page loads on another browser, you haven't cleared your cache correctly.
